Request an Offshore Company Proposal

Use the form below to ask for an offshore company Mauritius quote. Describe your project and a partner holding an FSC Management Licence will come back with a proposal.

If you want to contact Offshore Company Mauritius about a structure, the form below is the only channel. It is relayed to a partner that holds a Management Licence from the Financial Services Commission (FSC). This site gives general information, not advice, so the proposal you receive reflects your own facts and should be reviewed with an adviser.

Why the request goes to a licensed provider

An application for Authorised Company status is filed through an FSC-licensed corporate service provider (Management Licence), under section 71A of the Financial Services Act. The same provider acts as the company's registered agent in Mauritius. A quote therefore has to come from a licensed firm, not from an intermediary. If you want to verify a provider yourself, see how to check a service provider is licensed by the FSC.

What to prepare before you submit

A complete description speeds up the proposal. Have these points ready:

  • Your country of residence and that of any other owners
  • The activity the company will carry out and where its clients are
  • Whether you will be the sole owner or have partners (one-owner structure, several shareholders)
  • Where you expect to manage the company from, since an Authorised Company must have its central management and control outside Mauritius
  • Your banking and payment needs
  • Any existing company you may wish to move

What happens after you send it

  1. Review

The partner reads your project and checks it fits an Authorised Company.

  2. Questions

You may be asked for clarifications about activity, owners and residence.

  3. Proposal

You receive the scope of services and the fees, including those set by the FSC.

  4. Decision

You decide whether to proceed; sending the form creates no obligation.

From enquiry to proposal

Government fees are set by the FSC Rules. Since 1 July 2026, the processing fee for an Authorised Company authorisation is 600 USD and the annual fee is 1 400 USD, plus the annual registration fee payable to the Registrar of Companies. Provider charges are separate and appear in your proposal. For the full picture, read about annual fees and how to open an offshore company in Mauritius.

FAQ

Does a quote commit me to anything?

No. The form only describes your project. Any engagement begins when you accept a proposal.

Can the FSC refuse an application?

Yes. Approval depends on the facts of the application, and an activity that is unlawful or could harm Mauritius's reputation as a financial centre cannot be approved. Read the limits of an Authorised Company before applying.

How long does the process take?

It depends on how quickly your documents are complete. Once the FSC considers an application complete, it must act within 10 working days. See setup time.
